How to Submit to Millie Lewis Modeling & Talent Agency

* We do not list children with our agency until the age of three.

*Young ladies ages 5 - 18+ are required to go through out Kids' Club or Teen/Adult Personal Development/Modeling Course. 

 

Submitting Models:

 For children (boys 3 -11 & girls 3-4)  *We do not list children with our agency until the age of three.

We need the following info on your child:

  • Name
  • DOB
  • Hair & Eye Color
  • Clothing Size
  • Parent's name & contact phone #

Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response.  We receive many submissions each day.  We take our time to review all pictures and respond accordingly.

 

For Boys/Young Men/Adult Men ages 12+

Include the following information on the model:

  • Name
  • Age
  • Height
  • Pant Size
  • Hair & Eye Color
  • Do you live in the Greenville area?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response.  We receive many submissions each day.  We take our time to review all pictures and respond accordingly.  


 For Teens (ages 12 - 17)

  • Unless you have experience, we require you to go through our Teen Personal Development/Modeling course.

For Ladies 18+

Include the following information on the model:

  • Do you live in the Greenville area?

If you would like your pictures returned, please make note of that.  Once your pictures are reviewed we will place them on hold at our front desk and call you to pick up.

 

Submitting Actors

If you do not have a video to submit, please come by the agency to pick out 2-3 scripts from our script notebook.  You will take those with you and video yourself, reciting the script/commercial.  You are welcome to email your video to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
